Zvezda continues to delight us with the announcement that they will shortly add the Boeing 787-9 to their already impressive portfolio of airliner kits.  Kit number is ZVE-7021.

Judging by the box art, it will come with a decal for the prototype aircraft in Boeing’s modified ‘Dreamliner’ scheme.  The latest info we have (Nov  10th 2016) is that this kit will be available late November 2016. Don’t hold your breath, however, as it was supposed to have been available in July, and has been postponed every month since.

Good news is that after market decals are already available for the longer series 9, including Virgin Atlantic by TwoSix (STS44-223), and no doubt more will be released in the very near future.

May 18th 2016:  TwoSix has released more decals for this kit including LATAM (TS44-812), Air Canada (TS44-815), and Saudia (TS44-818).
