Trans World Airlines Boeing 757-231/-2Q8 Decal is here!

Artwork by Jennings Heilig, and screen printed in Italy by Cartograf, our latest 1/144 scale Boeing 757 decal is here!

It’s designed to fit the Zvezda kit, built with the Pratt & Whitney 2040 engines, and without winglets while in TWA service.

Trans World Airlines ordered and took delivery of a total of 27 airframes, with 17 owned (-231) and 10 leased (-2Q8). All were delivered in the late 90s in the scheme depicted by this decal.

When TWA was bought by American Airlines, the fleet of 757s were all repainted in American Airlines markings. However as the main AA fleet was Rolls Royce powered, the ex TWA airframes were sold, with most going to Delta AIrlines.
